Our Bras are made to order and run similar in sizing to most major retailers. The bra used for the colored bras may vary in base color. Upon availability a matching color bra will be used. Bras can be either push up or no push up. If you prefer a specific color or push up, please let us know and we will gladly accommodate your needs (you can email us, or add a note in the comment box of your order).

I receive many questions about custom orders, We will only do simple custom changes to our existing items, like changing the color on certain items, add or remove elements, or adjust the size or length if needed, but I will not alter my patterns or create a whole new outfits.... if you're looking for something and don't see it in my etsy store, you might find it in my website - www.vinyldolls.net

We welcome rush orders requests for domestic orders. Please select the "Rush my order" shipping option in the checkout and let us know the date that you need it by. We will then ship your order out sooner, prior to the estimated shipping date.

If you DID NOT select the "rush my order" shipping option, please DO NOT rush us. your order will ship out by the scheduled shipping date (allow 2 weeks). Or You can contact us and ask to pay the rush fee.

*USPS delays cannot be controlled by our shop. if we agreed to rush your order out we will ship it as soon as we can aiming for the date that you need it by, but on very rare occasions delays caused by USPS may occur that are out of our control.

Our items are made to order. we ask to allow 2 weeks to make.

US orders - The standard shipping for domestic orders is First Class mail or Priority Mail. (if you select the "Rush my order" option we will ship your order sooner then two weeks, prior to the estimated shipping date, and use Priority shipping. if you don't select the "rush my order" option, Please allow us the full two weeks, and do not rush us unless you're willing to pay the rush fee).

International orders - The standard shipping for international orders is First Class mail (it does not include insurance and is trackable to only some countries). Upgrading to Priority shipping is an option. Priority shipping include tracking and insurance.
